How many homes should I look at before I make a purchasing decision?

Everyone is different.  We suggest writing down your must haves and your wants. Share those with us and then we will help match homes to your list.  As we send those over, study them and eliminate the ones that aren't to your liking.  Then let us schedule the ones you'd like to see.  As you view homes, we will fine tune your search to help find the perfect home.

How do your fees work?

Our commission fees are paid to our brokerage at the time of closing.  For the most part, sellers pay the commission rate at closing for listing their home and bringing a qualified buyer to the closing table.  Buyer's agents are also paid given a check at closing for their brokerage and then paid by their brokerage.  Commission fees range from 4% to 6% for most residential homes.  Commerical commission fees vary.  

Can you guarantee me a successful sale?

Though there are no guarantees  when it comes to buying or selling a home due to numerous variables that are out of our control such as buyer's credit scores and reports, lender requirements, etc.  What we can promise is we will do everything in our control to get you to the finish line when it comes to your sale or your purchase and do it with excellence quality service and care.
